How does pickup and return work from rental products at Arlanda Airport?Updated 10 hours ago

At Arlanda Airport we work together with Smarte Carte, the service provider for the lost & found. Once you have booked the rental online at our platform, you will receive a number which you need to tell together with your name at the lost & found desk. 

The lost & found staff will then hand out the rental product.

The return takes place at the same desk.


Pickup and return is possible 24/7. However, please note the following: 

The lost & found office is staffed during the following hours:

  • 7am to 9pm every weekday
  • 7am to 5pm on weekends

Outside these hours you need to call the number: +46 709559550 and you may need to wait 10-15 minutes until a staff is available.
