At Parently, we recommend choosing your product thoughtfully — just like picking the right rental car for your journey.
If you're unsure how long you'll need the product, we suggest starting with a shorter rental period. That way, you’ll have the flexibility to cancel on a monthly basis after the initial period.
If you choose a longer rental period with a lower monthly fee, it means you're committing to that period.
No matter what you choose, we're here to help. If something’s not quite right — for example, with the quality of a Pre-Loved item — we’ll do our best to fix it. Depending on the situation, we can send spare parts or replace the product. Our main goal is to make sure you're happy and confident with your rental!
