At Parently, we always recommend choosing your product thoughtfully — a bit like picking the right rental car for your trip.
But no worries — if something isn't quite right with the product quality, like with a Pre-Loved item, we've got you covered. Depending on the situation, we'll send you spare parts or swap the product for another one. Our biggest goal is to make sure you're happy with your rental!
If you’ve rented a completely new product and feel it’s not the perfect match, that’s totally fine — no hard feelings! You can return it. We just need to charge the first three months' rental fee to cover the costs for shipping, inspection, and getting it ready for the next family.
We hope you understand — as a rental service, we need this to make sure we can keep offering high-quality products and service without losing the magic!
